A lady cried out of a recent incident that happened between herself and her so called male friend. According to her, She said they are friends but not lovers as  the guy himself claimed they were both having an affair. She said whenever he talked about s*x issues, she usually turned it down because they are nothing but just friends with out benefit. Many will be asking what took her to the guys house? He forcefully had intercourse with her, took her n-de photos and thereafter posted same on the internet. The 27-year-old Henry Aiyenero has been arrested and charged before Apapa Magistrate’s court in Lagos for molesting his girlfriend, 23-year-old Thelma Lawrence, a student of Lagos State Polytechnic and posting her n-de photos on the internet.

Henry, who works at Ifelodun Local Council Development Area as driver, allegedly committed the illicit act in his house at Ajegunle in Lagos. Delta State-born Henry, was said to have humiliated his girlfriend, Thelma, that way because she has been denying him s*x for a long period. So, when she eventually visited his house, he threatened her with a knife, stripped her and used his mobile phone to take her n-de photos and also recorded it on video. He told her he would post it on the internet if she refused to have s*x with him. Thelma allowed him have his way out of fear still he went ahead and posted the photo on the internet .

According to the police, the defendant deliberately and unlawfully, with criminal intent, intimidated, annoyed and violently threatened the victim with a knife and had s3x with her and thereafter, he displayed her n-de photo on the internet. The bad guy, Henry, pleaded not guilty. The Magistrate, Mr P.E. Komonanya granted him bail in the sum of N20,000 with one surety in like sum and adjourned the case to September 4, 2013.
